Storm City connects three useful things: somewhere to start, an explanation of the game, and the practical details that get you through a first practice. The league directory, field manual and track lab are built to work together.
This is an independent publication. We do not run a league or register players, and we are not affiliated with WFTDA or the Vancouver, Washington league that has used the Storm City name. Team names and identities belong to their respective organizations.
The details should earn your trust.
League profiles start with official joining pages, program descriptions and league-published prices. We record the source check date, distinguish current pages from past cohorts and identify unresolved costs. We do not fill a missing practice address with a mailing address or convert a broken schedule into invented dates.
The directory begins with 12 selected US leagues. It is not a complete national registry or a league ranking. A program can be listed while its next intake still needs confirmation. Read that distinction before making travel plans or paying a fee.
Our conclusions are editorial judgments about the published information. We have not attended these practices, tested their coaching or interviewed their members. Each profile links to its sources so you can ask the league a specific follow-up.
The rules material uses WFTDA version 20250101, checked September 11, 2026. Track animations use original schematic drawings and invented example scores to explain specific rules. They are not match replays, official training materials or a complete simulation.
What gets checked next
Before a profile is refreshed, its editor should open the official joining route, confirm the current intake and venue, check each price’s unit and date, and review the links. The visible check date changes only after that work. We do not imply an automatic live verification service.
