The way in.

Choose the recruitment night if you want to understand the commitment before your first skate. It is explicitly an off-skates introduction. Flight School is a beginner program; the league’s published transfer fees belong to a different entry route.

Flight School covers basic skating, derby skills and rules, with mentoring and practical officiating sessions. No previous skating is required. New learners begin by attending recruitment, then receive details of the eight-week course that usually begins the following week.

The league publishes the Rollerdome address for its programs. Check the exact recruitment listing for time and entrance. The beginner event involves watching a practice or scrimmage and talking to the recruitment team; there is no skating at that event.

The introduction is free. The adult Flight School course price is not published on its recruitment page. Denver separately lists transfer induction fees and membership dues, and junior rates on a junior page; none is a verified adult beginner course quote.

What you can borrow

The adult recruitment page does not promise loaners. Junior loaner availability is a separate program and should not be assumed to cover adult Flight School.

Who the program is for

Recruitment is open to all genders and to people interested in skating, officiating or volunteering. It also introduces the Ground Control affiliate route. Adult participants must be at least 18 and show ID.

Age:18+; bring ID to recruitment.
